Located in Toll Brothers' premier resort community in Ocean View, DE, our luxury villa at Bayside at Bethany Lakes offers every amenity including a fabulous 10,000+ sq ft clubhouse with an indoor/outdoor pool/spa, game room, great gathering room, state of the art fitness zone, tennis courts, dock for launching kayaks/canoes and shuttles to beautiful Bethany beaches only 1 mile away. Visit with friends and reconnect with family as you gather in our beautifully decorated villa with refreshing bay breezes and views. Sip lemonade or ice tea on any of the three lovely balconies either overlooking the gazebo and green or the bay. Close your eyes and unwind in any of our three luxurious, elegantly appointed marble baths. Whip up a fabulous meal in our gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops or simply admire its beauty while dining comfortably in our great room. The kids will have their own whimsical playroom adjacent to the expansive loft area with kid size furniture and toys.

Our luxurious villa lends itself to extended family reunions by combining the best of privacy and togetherness--privacy in the ability to retreat to beautiful private spaces while also being able to gather in spacious, open living spaces for reconnecting with family members or friends. Most of the living space is all on the top floor with the lower level consisting of a 2 car tandem garage and foyer area. The loft/kids area is separated by a long, open hallway from the main gathering room--thus allowing parents room for adult conversations while maintaining visual contact with young children. We love our beautiful villa! We have been vacationing at the quiet resorts for many years and are now introducing another generation of our family to beautiful sunsets, long walks on the beach, ice cream on the Boardwalk, browsing in the many unique shops...for those in search of more evening excitement, Ocean City and Rehoboth Beach are both less than 7 miles away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $900-$2325 weekly
  • Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, Check-in Time is 3pm, Check-out at 10am unless special arrangements are made with owner. Upon your request, we will forward a Lodging Agreement for your signature. For your protection and a full understanding of the obligations and benefits pertaining to the use of our vacation property, we must receive the signed Lodging Agreement more than thirty (30) days prior to your reservation along with a payment (check, money order or cashier’s check) for 50% of the rental amount and a $500 security deposit. All payments should be made payable to Timothy Dull.

    The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to the check-in date. The balance may be paid by personal check, money order or cashier's check.

    For reservations made less than 30 days before your arrival date, full payment is due at the time of the booking. Payment must in the form of a money order or certified check.
  • Cancellations
    In case of cancellation, any monies received will be forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the property for the entire time period. If the property is re-rented, your deposit will be returned less a 15% cancellation fee of the entire rental amount. No sublets or transfers of lease will be allowed. No refunds due to 'Acts of God'.

Who knew the beach could be fun in Oct??

The pictures here do not do the villa justice- this place has a TON of space, it's furnished nicely and literally has everything you could possibly need... especially if you have toddlers.
My only complaint- the outside pool was closed... but we rented the week of October 3rd-10th, and it was unseasonably warm!! We did take advantage of the beach which is just a short drive away.
A big thank you to the owner who was always reachable before and during our stay when we had questions.

Quiet Family Getaway

Another family and my family had a fantastic time in DE. The villa is perfect for little children. It is nicely furnished and spacious...felt like a second home! The clubhouse is just a short walk away, and it's great with an indoor and outdoor pool...perfect if you don't want to go into town. We highly recommend this property!

Ideal place for Family vacation!! Indoor, Outdoor pool great when you want to skip beach .

Beach Town more Family friendly then hustle and bustle of Rehoboth and Dewey Beach.

Great Deli in Supermarket less than mile form Villa.

Last but not least, Villa was great!!
