Photos and Description of this Harrison holiday house Lakefront Cottage, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 10)

Accommodations: Cottage Home - Two-Story house - Three Bedrooms - Two Baths - (Sleeps six to eight). Studio unit available for additional guests in daylighted basement area with separate entrance (custom design per request and only available to primary renter of cottage). This home consists of two second floor bedrooms and a main floor master bedroom/bathroom. There is a second bathroom on the main floor. The full kitchen has granite countertops with tile floors, gas stove, dishwasher, built-in microwave, double sink and an open airy appeal with lots of natural light. There is a game area in front of the kitchen granite island with views of the lake in most directions. The living room is adjacent to the game area with a cozy, beautiful view of the lake and built-in entertainment center complete with satellite television and a sectional couch with double fold out bed. The home is completely furnished with everything you will need including linens, just bring food and drink.

More About the Property: There is a beach area with a double dock for water vehicles and swimming area, water shoes recommended. The beach has a weeping willow tree that provides shade throughout the day for those who like to avoid direct sunlight. Boat/jet ski rentals are available approximately two water miles away at the City of Coeur d’Alene on the waterfront. The deck/patio is the most valued asset of this property at 1,500 SF with a breathtaking view. Also note that we typically don't have mosquitoes and don't use bug spray as they are rare.

Our stay at Leo's cabin was one of the best vacations we have had. The cabin was cozy, the views awesome, and the hospitality of the Green's is not something you come across every day. The weather turned bad on us (not Leo's fault) so we stayed in the cabin more than out on the lake, but even then, we had a great time. Very peacefull and relaxing. Thank you Leo and Janet, we will be coming back.

Our stay at Leo & Janet's cottage was one of ur best vacations ever. The relaxing stay on their big deck made for wonderful dining. The cottage is beautiful and comfortable. The swimming, boaking and hiking made for a great week!

Leo & his wife happened to be at cabin when we arrived. He was VERY welcoming offering beverages to everyone. He totally respected our privavy and asked permission before coming over.
This bay is perfect, 2 minute boat ride from Eddie's restaurant, gas for boat (& ice cream) across the bay, close to town of CDA (by boat), lovely views and a moose who dined in the far shallow end of the bay.
Sleeping accommodations are basic but fill the need. Dock is big & has jet ski dock as well. Stairs to dock/beach are not for the old or weary.
Go, you'll have a BLAST!
Owner's Response: Thanks for your response. We have made arrangements to upgrade our beds based on your comments. We had high water flooding this spring until mid June that washed out our steps and we did not do a very good job of repair. We will have a better approach next year. Thanks again for your feedback and we hope you will come again.

Our families of 5 and 4 had a wonderful vacation in this piece of Paradise. The beach house was inviting and comfortable for 2 families. Views of the sunsets from the deck were glorious and the location on the lake is optimal: private yet easy access to most amenities. Leo's warmth and friendliness made us feel welcome and added to the overall experience. Strongly recommend this to anyone looking for a lakefront getaway.

Every year our family vacation at this lake cottage just gets better and better. The new stairs, cement patio and beautiful out door fire area are fantastic. The bay is peaceful and the water great. I wish I could live here all summer. Thank you for sharing you Lake and comforts with us.
