Unique property. Main house nestled between Newport's two famous beaches, First and Second. Walk to beaches, Atlantic Beach Club, Flos' Clam Shack(featured in Coastal Living) Five minutes to downtown Newport. The famous Newport Mansions, fabulous restaurants, night clubs, shopping, plenty of boat excursions at the Marinas. Every weekend Newport has a great activity happening. Come join the fun & history that Newport has to offer. Why stay in a Middletown Hotel? Come enjoy all the privacy and comforts of home. The main house has 4 bedrooms, all seasons room, great room, two baths. There is a washer & dryer on site. Gas grill and patio set provided on brick patio. We have remodeled the main house. All fresh paint, appliances upgraded etc. This is a great property for family reunions, wedding parties or just a get away for a couple. Nice yard.

Walk across street to Newport's famous First Beach. Newport, 5 minutes from property, hosts many, many festivals all year long. You can walk to 5-6 local restaurants (pub style to formal). The Newport Trolleys can take you on a great historical ride around town. You can take a tour of one of the many mansions open for your enjoyment. You can take a very interesting and informative boat cruise all around the Bay. The location of this property is so amazing. You can do all the touristy events and yet come home to a quiet evening and sit on your deck and just relax.

  • Main house is $3,600.00 per week Sat to Sat., I do require a $500.00 security deposit that is returned to you within 20 days of your departure. I can provide linens for you for $72.00 or you may choose to bring your own.
  • In the summer starting end of May, when the winter leases have left, I rent Sat to Sat. Check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am.

Upstairs third floor two twins beds. There are three other cottages on property available for rent. Call us for specifics on these buildings. It is a great compound for family vacations or weddings. Notes: This is a no pet property. There is off the street parking available for the main house .You are allowed four parking spots. We are planning on putting up clothes lines for your convenience for beach towels and bathing suits. The main house has a patio set with plenty of deck chairs on the brick patio right outside the all seasons room and your gas grill.

Nearby Attractions: Beaches are beautiful. You can rent a surf board, kayak etc. Newport Tennis Hall Of Fame, the Mansions, and other great attractions such as the beautiful marinas and boat excursions and specialty shops are 5 minutes from the property. So many restaurants from Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Asian, Seafood and from pup style to very formal. Very scenic roads for breath taking views of beautiful beach houses and shore lines. Newport is the perfect spot for walking, (the famous Cliff Walk) jogging, rollerblading, and cycling. There is so much history in the Newport area for all to visit and enjoy. There are wineries in the area for tours and taste testing afternoons. There is so much to do for all ages and desires in a close proximity to the property. I am sure, as many of our renters have told us, that they truly loved their stay at our property and their chance to vacation in Newport.
