This is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo fully air conditioned with fully equipped luxurious kitchen, dining/living room, balcony. Recently remodeled kitchen and new furniture. You can enjoy dining in one of the nine exclusive restaurants, playing golf or gambling within the Rio Mar Resort which is also accessible via the main entrance in a 3 minute car drive. Relax overlooking El Yunque Tropical Rain forest from your own balcony or just walk a short distance to the beach or to the condo's pool. Condo comes with beach toys, chairs, coolers and even kid's bicycles. It is located on the ground level with a gorgeous lawn to sit and relax. No stairs to haul your luggage!!!!
