'Flamingo Beach' is a beautiful ground floor condominium located within the prestigious gated community of 'Truman Annex' in Key West's 'Old Town' area. This home has a large deck area which is accessed by a set of French Doors and comes complete with a wicker table and chairs for comfortable outside living, including afternoon shade, that makes Key West so desirable. This is a great place for morning coffee, a leisurely afternoon visit with friends or a place to wind down the day. This home has all new furniture and also includes TV's, a radio, Hair Dryer, Iron, Ironing Bord, CD player, washer/dryer, pots & pans, towels & linens, central air conditioning, and 'private' off street parking, pool access. While staying here, you will have walking access to Duval Street (2 blocks) for dining and entertainment, Mallory Square (5 blocks) for the nightly Sunset Celebration, and Fort Zachary Park Beach (400 yards).
