Villa Nova - Lake Wilson Preserve, Davenport/Champions Gate, Orlando, Florida: This single story Villa in the small Mediterranean style development of 96 homes, including the 12 in our enclave, backs onto conservation land. There are two double en-suite bedrooms with TV/DVD, on opposite corners & to the rear of the house, overlooking the pool, garden and forest. Two further twin bedrooms to the side and front, one having access to the 3rd and full bathroom, [also opens into the hall] The lounge has 1*3 seater couch, [queen bed] and further 2*2 seater couches. Also tables, lamps etc. cable TV/DVD/CD , wifi internet access and free phone within the USA and Canada. There is dining for 6 and further dining for 4 in the kitchen nook plus 2 stools to the breakfast bar. The main areas are tiled with rugs and all bedrooms carpeted. The Villa is suitable for buggy and wheelchair access. All rooms plus the lanai have fans as well as full air con/heating.

This is a rural location with the prestigious Reunion Resort nearby as is Champions Gate, and Disney only 10 minutes NE. There are new stores 2 minutes away with gas, supermarkets, food, bank, pizza hut, nail bar, flower shop etc .The 192 Kissimmee is about 10 Minutes North, Orlando and Sanford Airports 30 minutes and an hour distant respectively, and the Gulf and Space coasts are also approx. 1 Hour. International Drive, sea world, Universal and all the Malls are approx 20 minutes.

Notes: We do not have a wet room for disabled shower, but the main areas and bathrooms are tiled, bedrooms carpeted and the house is disabled friendly. No smoking indoors. Extra cleaning costs will be incurred if smoking detected. There are 4 patio chairs with pads, 4 sun loungers with pads and 2 lounging chairs An extra $100 will be charged if your pet is with your party, $500 if not declared. There is a gas barbecue which must NOT be used within the cage but on the concrete/grass outside the cage or in front of the garage. Any marks on the acrylic painted decking will be accountable.This to be cleaned by guest or $60 contract cleaner called.

Relaxation: Our Villa is in a delightful location, well away from the commercialism of the area, but within easy reach of all attractions. It is built to a very high standard, Mediterranean design with a tiled roof and block paving. Disney is 8 minutes by car - we have timed it! We have spent many an afternoon/evening relaxing by the pool and watching all the beautiful birds, flowers and butterflies in the trees even, a nosy raccoon! The pool and extended deck face south and are in the sun until late afternoon overlooking the conservation area.

Guest Comments: There is a guest book in the Villa for comments. All are very complimentary to date. Reviews can be forwarded is desired.

Other Activities: Disney , Universal, Sea World, Celebration, 192 Kissimmee with all shows and shopping

A wonderful stay

We had a great wonderful stay in this pool villa, it was larger than expected. It was clean and well-maintained. It was great to have the own washingmachine and dryer.
The supermarkets and take away restaurants was just 5 mins drove.
The owners was nice and easy to get in contact with.
Well we loved it and have already recomend it to our friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We had a wonderful week at your home. The only thing I hate is that it is not bigger so we could bring more of our family with us next time. The heated pool was a big hit with my 2 year old. The home was more than we expected. The people who manage your property were wonderful. If we had a question they were right there to answer it.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
