This is the home for all seasons. Nestled in the awesome beauty of the Adirondack Mountains beside the sparkling cool Schroon River lies the 4th Estate. This spacious country home sleeps 13, has a kitchen stocked with all the necessary equipment. Two T.V. rooms, large dining room leading to a screened in porch complete with a bumper pool table. A short walk leads to a lower deck perfect to take your early morning coffee, an afternoon cat nap or chaperone the children on the sandy beach. The floating dock will accommodate your 28 foot boat and is also is just the right spot to jump in for a refreshing swim. Excellent fishing directly from the dock or take the canoe we have provided to explore the wonders of the marsh which is less than a 5 min jaunt. The nature enthusiast will marvel at the natural beauty and abundant wild life. The very lucky will get a glimpse of our resident Blue Heron. If you must leave,

Boat launch, theme parks, ski area, snowmobiling in front yard on local trails, local theater, 15 miles from Lake George (if you miss the hustle and bustle).
