This is a newly renovated, elegantly furnished condominium on the Phoenix - Scottsdale border, ten minutes from Sky Harbor airport. This quiet, first floor unit is conveniently located to the condominium pool, workout room, and covered parking. Papago Park, the Phoenix Zoo and the Botanical Gardens and the Papago golf course, are about five minutes south; Camelback Mountain can be seen from the bedroom windows; Old Scottsdale and Scottsdale Fashion Square are about five minutes east, the 202 and 101 freeways are about ten minutes away. The average high temperature in January for Chicago is 32 degrees, in Minneapolis 22 degrees, in Columbus 36 degrees and Calgary 26 degrees. The condominium complex is located at the intersection of 56th Street and East Thomas Road. 56th Street is the boundary between Phoenix and Scottsdale; the major east west streets start at Camelback, then Indian School, then Thomas Road. This is a very well maintained complex, with lovely gardens and lawns, with an immaculate pool area, community room and library, workout room, saunas and hot tub. There are gas grills throughout the complex. Walgreen's is right across the street; Scottsdale Road is about a mile away.
