Create your own family memories by renting this charming, beautifully decorated colonial home. Just cross the street to swim at a private beach or watch the sail boat races from your front yard, Of course, most rooms have spectacular water views. There is a large deck with patio furniture, spacious back yard and garden. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. The house has central air conditioning and all the amenities you need for a memorable holiday. Walk to Niantic Village to enjoy the children's museum, theater, book store, ice cream shop, gourmet deli, restaurants and shopping. The house is located within 15 minutes of Mohegan Sun Casino and 35 minutes from Foxwood Casino. It is also close to Old Saybrook, Mystic and New London; all of which are known for their special tourist attractions and events for summer enjoyment.

Renter's Responsibilities: Renters are responsible for cleaning the premises before vacating. If this is not done, an assessment will be made to compensate a cleaning agency for such services. With proper notice, prior arrangements can be made for tenants who desire cleaning services during their occupancy or at the end of the tenancy. What should tenants bring? Please bring sheets, towels, and perhaps your favorite pillows. Please replace Charcoal and lighter fluid that you use. You may wish to bring a beach blanket, additional sand chairs and beach umbrellas. Also bring food, beverages, soap and detergents and special games for children. Some lawn games are provided.

Renters are required to sign a lease and to provide a security deposit which is refunded after the house is vacated in the same condition as when it was rented.
