THE ATTIC STUDIO

Accessible by a lift, the ATTIC STUDIO (for 3) has an open-plan room, kitchenette & utility, entrance lobby, shower room. This is an imaginative loft conversion on two floors. The access is from the lobby on the 4th floor from where an inner set of steps lead up to the open-plan room on the 5th floor: there, under a wealth of exposed beams, one enjoys stunning views all over Venice. The studio is air conditioned and has satellite TV.The room is divided into an upper level sitting/sleeping area with twin divan-beds (may be joined to form a double bed), and a lower level dining area. Here, a deep alcove discreetly houses a third divan-bed. Off the dining area, under the North window, is a fully equipped kitchenette (gas oven and 4 burners) and utility. Cleaning , linen and air conditioning included in the rental : €510 p.week (€400 low season). 3-night break €306 (€240 low season), 4-night break €408 (€320 low season). THE MAISONNETTE APARTMENT

Accessible by a lift (elevator), the Maisonnette is a self contained combi-apartment for 5, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is made of two interconnected smaller apartment units (Attic and De Barbari) and spreads over two floors. The resulting Maisonnette enjoys far reaching views all over Venice. It has two SATELLITE TVs and AIR CONDITIIONING in the top bedroom. The entrance hall on the 4th floor leads to the first bedroom for 2, bathroom, and sitting/dining room with kitchenette in a recess; further, an inner set of steps leads up to the attic bedroom for 3 with en-suite shower. Extra cooking facilities as well as a second washing machine are attached to the attic bedroom . The rental rates, including cleaning, linen and air conditioning. are €1105 p. week (€875 low season). THE WHOLE ACCOMMODATION

The whole accommodation spreads over two (three) floors and comprises 5 apartment units with 6 bedrooms and 14 beds. The two floors are connected together both by a lift (elevator) and stairs. On the 'piano nobile' floor are three apartment units: the FAMILY apartment, the SOUTH studio and the WEST Studio. The Family apartment and the South Studio can be interconnected. On the 4th/5th floor are 2 apartment units: the DE BARBARI apartment on 4th floor , and the ATTIC studio on 4th/5th floor. These can be interconnected. The whole accommodation may suit a party of up to 14, who look for togetherness with privacy of individual apartments. If a common reception area is needed, the Family apartment sitting room and the South studio can be interconnected and devoted to that function. The overall number of beds will therefore reduce to 12. Rental price is €3050 per week ( €2430 low season) inclusive of cleaning, linen, air conditioning. Returnable Security deposit: €500.
