Tucked in the hills on the Tennessee/Kentucky border, Dale Hollow Lake is a boater's paradise. Dale Hollow has very little development, leaving most of the shoreline pristine with natural beauty. The water is extremely deep and clean. Because of this, there are numerous and varied species of fish in the lake. In fact, the world's record smallmouth bass was caught in Dale Hollow. The many miles of the lake make it ideal for boating, water skiing, and all manner of water sports. Our home is a short boat ride to Sunset Marina, Star Point Resort, Willow Grove Marina, and Lillydale Park. This home is one of only a handful of private homes on the 620 miles of shoreline that make up Dale Hollow Lake. It is surrounded by water on three sides, and you are only steps to the water's edge. There is a large yard and two patios to enjoy when you want to take a break from boating. Our home has two bedrooms and two recently remodeled bathrooms. We provide everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Our home is one of only a handful of homes that are actually 'on the Water'. By water we are approximately 10 minutes from Star Point Resort, 20 minutes to Sunset Marina and Moogie's Bar and Restaurant, 15 minutes to Willow Grove Marina and lillydale. Nearest town to our home is Livingston Tn (about 30 minutes)

Golf by boat: Kentucky State Park golf course is only about 20 minutes away by boat (1 1/2 hours by car). You can park your boat at their dock and they will shuttle you by van to the course which is about 10 minutes from the dock. This is rated one of the best public golf courses in Kentucky. Bring your clubs along....you will love it.

This rental property is a perfect paradise. You wake up to deer in the yard. The sun rises and sets on the water because you are on a peninsula. The lake is beautiful, clean, natural and WARM! Our family enjoyed a week of sun, swimming, boating, fishing and relaxation. Will be back!

Great place to spend a vacation. The house is great with spectacular views of Dale Hollow Lake. The house was clean and very comfortable. I'd highly recommend this location and home for a vacation.

I had vacation here a few summers ago an we had a wonderful time her the home was nice and that sunroom was awsome, my grand daughter still talks about it. the only thing that i wish it had was a dock but nothing they could do about that,we spend all the vacation time we can at dale hollow, and this is very nice.thanks v bowers
