Located just a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach and just one block to the Intercoastal waterway, this clean and cozy cottage is perfect for your group to enjoy. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with two twins (can be joined to a king-size). The sun room doubles as a third bedroom complete with a closet, french doors with privacy shades, and a sleeper sofa. You've got plenty of room for the kids and the dog! The house is equipped with high speed wireless Internet, cable TV, and a stereo and DVD player for your entertainment pleasure, but the real entertainment is just down the road in Daytona Beach! Tom Renick Beachside Park with its fresh new and Clean restrooms and covered picnic area is the perfect beach access for a relaxing day of warm Florida sunshine. Great house near the beach

This house has everything you need to have a great vacation! Above all this house was CLEAN, and had everything we needed. The owners were great. We have stayed in top of the line hotels before that were'nt as clean as this little house. There was plenty of room to spread out as there is also a good size florida room. The garage was great to store our bike in out of the weather.
