Seatowne is a small, quiet community of 42 homes located in Delaware's Fenwick Island State Beach/Park. It is surrounded by ocean and wetlands and is conveniently located to Ocean City, MD and Bethany and Rehoboth beaches. This 4 year old, 3500 sq ft home is one block from a wide sandy ocean beach and offers spectacular bay and ocean views. The home has an inverted floor plan with five bedrooms and a sitting room on the first floor; a great room, kitchen / dining areas and a master suite located on the second floor. Decks (located on three sides), a screened porch offer prime viewing locations for sunsets and the wetlands. The home offers all conveniences (DW/AC/2 fireplaces) including 5 TVs, 3 DVD players and 2 VCRs. Community tennis court and pier are available. Canoeing, kayaking and paragliding are available at a convenient state park location.
