Notes: This is right on the beach living. Updates have been ongoing. There are new kitchens, bathrooms and the bedrooms have been totally gutted and redone. Area carpets and hard wood flooring throughout. Internet is included. Cable with HBO is also included. There are new flat screen TV's with DVDs in two of the three bedrooms as well as the main gathering room. Decks are on the ocean. There is ample parking included on the property. Bikes are available and there is also a bike shop on the corner. Beach chairs and sand tools are included. Protected beach is one block away. Beach badges in season are required. There are two units that allow for larger family gatherings. It can be three or six bedrooms with both floors. Advance reservations are suggested because this is the best view on the island and it books up quickly.

Ocean front with panoramic ocean views. : This is a beach lovers beach house. Deck for sunrises, sunbathing and dinners almost on the beach. Easy access to the beach - down the steps and through the dunes. A beach party with a kitchen and no need for a permit. Spring and fall are great for families with small children. The beaches are crowded with young families and all of the summer activities are still around. Available early spring and fall at great rates.

Wonderful week at beach house

My husband and I had a wonderful week this summer with our three young children and my best friend from college. Catching up with a great friend while watching the sun rise from the deck was priceless. The location right on the beach for a young family was extremely convenient. We appreciated the more than ample supply of televisions. The wireless access was great too. The house itself was clean, beachy and comfortable. We made great family memories and will be back next year!

sunrises like no other

We love the island and we love this home. Location is great. It was clean and easy to enjoy.
