Our newly renovated spacious three bedroom/ three bath villa is decorated with a Metropolitan Home/Crate and Barrel style and a splash of California style. The private end unit villa with vaulted ceiling is 'the condo that feels like a house' with fantastic panoramic views of the George Fazio Golf Course and lagoon. The 12 mile long Hilton Head beach is a five minute bike ride or our guests have the benefit of private parking for easy beach access. Free DSL Internet access in the unit and hypo allergenic feather topped beds. Our villa is very close to the newly renovated Inverness Village community pool and free tennis on the community's clay tennis courts. On the main floor, there is a master bedroom with king bed and twin daybed. The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and a twin. The second floor has a large loft bedroom with two queen pillow top beds, full bathroom with double vanity sinks and standing shower and a media room.

Absolutely wonderful villa. My family and I have stayed at many villas within Palmetto Dunes and this was by far the most enjoyable. We will be staying here whenever we come back.

Lovely unit and perfect if you have teens as there is a loft/den/tv upstairs. Although there is a huge table in the dining area I have to agree that bar stools would be sensible and functionable. Location is unbeatable-a skip to the pool and a hop to the beach. Thanks to the owners for offering this unit for rent!

What a wonderful place. Beautiful view and spacious house. Very nicely decorated. Pool only a few steps away and the ocean is a hop, skip and jump. Thank you. We love Hilton Head. The Brown, Yoakum and Bauer Families.

Our extended family stayed in your condo this past week and had a great time. The condo was very comfortable and roomy for our large group. Our children enjoyed the basket of beach toys and the adults enjoyed the reading materials. We agree with a previous comment about having barstools and would also recommend shades or curtains for the large window in the living room.
