    The one-time $75 cleaning fee applies for all stays less than 7 nights. This cleaning fee is waived for rentals of 7 nights or longer.

If full cancellation is within 30 days of arrival– 50 % of rental is returned to guest or $ will be transferred towards another rental time. If you cancel individual dates within 30 days of arrival – no refund is given or $ will be transferred towards another rental time. If the balance of payment is not received within one month prior to arrival, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund. No refunds for early departure or late arrival.

Location, Location, Location!

First, I have to say that Windsor Hills is the perfect place to stay if your visit is focused on Walt Disney World. Highway 192 (W Irlo Bronson) can be congested at times, so you want to be as close to the WDW entrance as possible. And Windsor Hills wins! It is close enough that you can zip back to the townhome for a mid-day nap and a dip in the pool without blowing the whole day sitting in traffic on 192. The well-manicured grounds of the resort create an atmosphere which is decidedly "upscale", yet laid back.

Second, the property manager for this townhome (Jami) is very friendly and attentive. She gets the highest possible rating for customer service. I contacted her via emal several times during our too-brief stay, and got immediate, positive responses. The book of directions to shopping, etc. is a really nice touch.

Third, this townhome is in like-new condition, and is kept very clean. The 3 bedrooms are all comfortably-sized, but not huge. Most of our luggage fit in the walk-in closets. All 3 bathrooms are quite roomy. The kitchen is large; but the living/dining area would be crowded for groups of more than about 6 people.

The clubhouse/pool complex is within walking distance for adults; but short-legged children may prefer a ride. Most people would want to drive to the play structures (swings, etc.) or tennis courts.

Having a private, reserved parking space right outside the front door is a really nice feature. And we really enjoyed relaxing in the private splash pool on the back patio. We paid extra to heat it because it was a bit cloudy and rainy during our visit. It may have been warm enough without heating if the weather had been hot (90 degrees) and sunny most of the time.

In conclusion, this is a really nice townhome, and I highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay

We usually stay on Disney property but this trip decided to do one day of Disney and spend several days at Universal and WetnWild so saw no advantage to paying Disney lodging high prices.....This was the perfect place to stay for us. We are a family with 4 children and the three bedrooms and sleeper sofa in living room was great for us. the decor was nice and it was well taken care of.

This is the first place anywhere we rented that had enough towels for the six of us. The pool, tennis, and grounds are first class. It was within a mile to any type of shopping or dining you would want....just a couple miles to Disney gates and an easy 15 minute drive to Universal and WetnWild......We really enjoyed it and have already told other friends and family.

I would add that we visited week of June 6th and the lines at all the parks were shortest we've experienced. This on top of great property led to a wonderful vacation.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We loved our stay in the townhouse. You can not beat the price or convience of this place. Close to parks, restaurants, and highway. Kids room with its own bath room was a great design of these units. We only had 3 people total, but could easily have fit many more. The splash pool was used nightly, we didnt use the main pool nearly as much as I thought we would. Thanks so much Jami, we had a blast in your home away from home, and will try to rent from you again if we make it back down. I almost hate writing reviews when I like a place this much, I dont want it to be booked when we come back, but your place deserves 5 stars.

This townhome definitely provided with what our family needed. There were 8 of us that enjoyed the townhome. Location was very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and to theme parks. We will definitely use this townhome again. The owner was very very helpful and provided great customer service.

We arrived and found all the comforts of home. The community is located very close to everything we wanted to do. We thought about buying a vacation home - but after this experience we realize we are much better off with a vacation home rental. Someone else handles the worries of ownership & maintenance and we enjoy all the comforts of home at a very reasonable cost. Its a win win situation.
