Located on the ocean on an uncrowded and quiet beachfront area, you can venture out to the beach via private walkway, relax by the pool, or listen to the waves crash on the shore as you enjoy panoramic views of the ocean from the condo's deck. With a newly renovated bathroom, this spacious and well appointed condo is the perfect spot for your family vacation or romantic getaway. The condo is situated in the 3-story Sea Colony complex with lawn area, grills, and pool. An elevator will help you unload your belongings. The unit has a master suite with queen bed as well as a queen sofa sleeper in the oceanfront living room. It is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, linens and towels, cable TV and DVD player to make your stay more comfortable. There is also internet capability at a nominal charge. No pets or smoking please.

The uncrowded and quiet beach extends for 7 miles with great surfing, swimming, and fishing for those who love the outdoors. There are two piers on the island, both popular sites for fishing. There are also some wonderful bike rides in the area, where you'll pass civil war sites such as Fort Fisher on your way to catch the ferry to Southport, NC. You'll ride past antebellum homes and bucolic scenery until you arrive in this historic city and visit museums, shops, and many artist studios. Enjoy lunch at one of the many restaurants in Southport before returning home by ferry. Carolina Beach offers multiple culinary delights for every palette, especially for the seafood lover. There are several golf courses nearby, and you could choose to explore historic Wilmington, its battleship, unique architecture, museums, cafes and shops on a rainy day.

Why we love Carolina Beach!!

Unit was as described, wonderful and very well stocked! Unfortunately there were issues with the AC and we were relocated to another unit in a different building on our 6th night. The other unit was satisfactory since we only had a couple nights left. But, we loved Sea Colony so much that we have reserved the same original unit for next year!! Our vacation was still the greatest and the AC was a minor inconvenience. Looking forward to going back!! The realty company was outstanding in accommodating us as well! The Pavillion and Boardwalk at Carolina Beach have been refurbished and both are alive and well! Live music, fireworks, Black Horn Kitchen, Krazy Kones, and Britt's Donuts....the secrets to a fantastic vacation!!

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our vacation at Carolina Beach. This condo had a spectacular balcony view and it was in a great location. We walked to Granny's restaurant for breakfast because it was right across the street. We also walked to the Tiki bar to listen to live music. The condo was clean and had everything we needed from a coffee maker to a washer and dryer. We had a blast kayaking in the Fort Fisher bay and even saw dolphins. Don’t miss the sunset at the Fort Fisher bay recreation area. I would not recommend hiking at the Carolina Beach State Park without bug spray.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
