Take a break from the hustle and bustle of your everyday routine and bring your family to this four year old 5 bed 3 bath spacious Arrowhead beauty. Located on a quiet street in a gated community and within walking distance to one of two heated pools. First floor offers full kitchen, family room, full bath and two lovely decorated bedrooms. In addition there is a Foosball table, pool table/air hockey and a stand alone computer game that will appeal to adults as well as older children. And don't forget the portable poker table, darts, ring toss, etc. for hours of fun. Up the stairs to the 2nd floor which opens to the great room, kitchen, dining area and large deck with patio furniture. Three bedrooms and two bath as well as laundry facilities finish off this floor. All of this in an amenity filled gated community.

  • Security Deposit required - $350.00 weekend and $500.00 weekly. Cleaning fee for rental is $125.00

    Arrowhead Lakes Community charges Renters the following in addition to our rental rates:
    Gate pass - $25.00 per vehicle per length all seasons.
    Amenity Badges - $7.50 per person per day or $25.00 per person per week for person 6 and over.
    Amenity badges are required Memorial Day - Labor Day. These fees are not negotiable by the Arrowhead Lakes Community Association. As of March 1, 2007, these fees must be paid to the owner and then submitted to the Association so that upon your arrival all gate passes and badges will be ready.
    Gate passes and amenity badges must be returned to Welcome Center at the end of the stay. If not returned, fees will be deducted from security deposit.
  • Renter Must be 25 years of age or older. Proof of age required - US Drivers License, No Exceptions.
