Location... Location... Location! El Presidente condominium is located on the best part on Crescent Beach, which is located on Siesta Key Beach. The unit is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and a post office. The world's best beach is in your backyard. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing restful vacation in paradise. Enjoy the sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the pure white powdery sand beach. This is a first floor unit. Your assigned parking spot is right underneath the unit. You can walk up one flight of steps and be at the condominium front door or take one of the elevators. The beach is a short one minute walk from your front door. There are no streets to cross. The only thing between you and the beach is the beautiful private, large swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees. Next to the pool is a hydro-therapy pool. There are also restrooms by the pool for your convenience. There is a tennis court at the front of the building.

Notes: This unit was totally renovated from top to bottom and is professionally decorated. There are new 18 inch ceramic tiles throughout the unit. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bath, cable TV, and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two double beds, a private bathroom, cable TV, and a walk-in closet. The living room has a wall unit with cable TV, VCR, and DVD player. There are sliding glass doors off the master bedroom and living room to a private balcony, where you can enjoy the garden view and a peek a boo view of the ocean. Both bathrooms were totally renovated, with a new large stand up shower in the master, new tub in guest bathroom, new tiles, fixtures, toilets, and cabinets in both bathrooms. We added a new washer and dryer and storage shelves, located in the laundry room. A new tankless water heater was added, so you will never run out of hot water when taking a shower.

We truley enjoyed our stay. The unit was updated, well appointed, and very clean. It was large enough for my family(2 adults and 2 young children). We lived in Sarasota before so we were familer with the location. Everything was close by that we needed. We were surprised with all of the amenities that came with the unit. Beach supplies, washer/dryer, coffee pot, etc. You truley just need to bring your clothes. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice unit at a reasonable price.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
