This is great for the celebrities who have stayed here (ie. no paparrazzi), and its also good for families with kids-- the kids can run around outside and you don't have to worry about them wandering off. And while it is in an exclusive estates area called the Movie Colony, it is not a 'gated community' -- ie. It has street access. It is walkable to downtown shops as well as nearby tennis courts.
