Beachfront 3rd Floor corner Condominium with views to Cape Cod and Nantucket. Vaulted ceilings, spacious, bright condo to accommodate your family trip. Breathtaking ocean and beach views. Only a stones throw to Inkwell Beach and ocean. Watch the ferry arrive at the Oak Bluffs Dock. Walk to town for great shopping, wonderful restaurants and ice cream. There is no need for a car to stay in this vacation spot - only blocks to the ferry. A few short blocks to the Flying Horses Carousel, evening concerts, bike paths and park. The local buses can take you all over the island or you can rent a car or moped to buzz around and see all the sites. After a very busy day, relax in the jacuzzi bathtub, sit on your private deck or watch the sunset from the beach. A fully furnished kitchen, washer/dryer and provided linens mean vacation convenience for you. Elevator and stairs access. One off street parking space. This condo is on the top floor. Two bedrooms and queen pull out couch.

A Wonderful Retreat

This condo is everything described, and more so. The living space is comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is equipped with all the needed pots, pans, knives and appliances - the owners even went to the trouble of stocking a shelf with recently-purchased spices. The beds are comfortable with more than enough pillows and blankets. We spent a week here with three adults and had plenty of space for communal and private times. We don't have children, but the owners have clearly thought of them with pint-sized deck chairs on the balcony and plenty of children's books. We were there in the winter, but a very nice beach is right across the street. The view out the living room windows is unobstructed and transfixing. Walking into the center of Oak Bluffs is no more than a 10 minute exercise. This was truely a wonderful retreat and well-worth the price as compared to other porperties on Martha's Vineyard. We hope to go back next year.

Our vacation was more than expected. The condo was fabulous with a million dollar view of the Ocean, truly steps from the beach. The comfort and decoration created a Cape Cod atmosphere that I will cherish and remember until my next visit in November 2010. Thank you for sharing your home with us. I recently surprised my wife with a trip to the island. She was amazed by the accomodations at the Condo. It was bigger than the needs for the two of us but much nicer than any hotel room we could have stayed at. The view from the family room and balcony was amazing! We loved waking up to the sound of the waves hitting the beach. We were able to walk to the downtown (Oak Bluffs) area for breakfast and dinners on a couple of occasions. It could not have been any nicer!

This was a comfortable and well appointed condo, it looked just like the pictures that the owners show in their review, no surprises! You can walk to everything located in Oak Bluffs and enjoy the views as you make your way into town. What could be more convenient then the beach and the ocean right across the street. I would definitely recommend this as a wonderful place to stay while on the Vineyard.

ANNUAL TRIP TO VINEYARD - 4 YEARS IN A ROW HERE!

4 years ago my husband and I, along with 2 other couples wanted to leave the kids behind and celebrate our anniversary with friends. We loved this condo so much and all it had to offer and have celebrated with the same 2 couples each year since. It is in a perfect location within walking distance to the Oak Bluffs Ferry and right across the street from the beach! A wonderful view to wake up to and is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It is truly a mini vacation that we look extremely forward to every year and we can't wait to go back next year already! The condo has ALL you will need and is perfect for family and couples with plenty of room. It is a wonderfully relaxing retreat away from our crazed schedules otherwise. Can't beat this condo!!!
