2010 marks our sixth season renting out our family home. About half of our bookings are repeats, one family has stayed with us five summers! Over the years we have done extensive tree cutting in order to open a stunning view of Lewis Bay and Nantucket Sound from both the pool area, the dining room and all second floor bedrooms. You can watch the Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard Ferries leave Hyannis Harbor and again as they round the tip of Great Island and head out on Nantucket Sound. We have refurnished the living room with very comfortable new sofas & ottoman (not the set shown in the photos) and refurnished all three primary bedrooms as well as the finished basement and loft sleeping areas. In recent years, we redid the kitchen floor in top of the line hardwood to match the rest of the house, added a 40 inch Sony Bravia High def TV to our media room, and installed a new Jenn-Aire stove.

We have sold out July and August each year for the past five seasons. About half of our bookings are made before December 31st of the prior year, and by the end of February (usually around the time of the Super Bowl), we have usually booked most of the remaining prime summer weeks.
