Knott’s Berry Farm, Medieval Times, Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe it or Not, and Soak City (water park) are located in the same area about 12 minutes away. The Arrowhead Pond has many different events, is only 10 minutes away- call The Pond for event scheduling. There are many shopping malls nearby and outlet shopping if you’re willing to drive. The beaches are about 10 miles away. Other places to go include Universal Studios, Downtown Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Long Beach Pike including Aquarium of the Pacific, Catalina Island. Many golf courses, Los Angeles Dodger Stadium, Big Bear Lake area, Balboa Island, San Diego. We are centrally located and freeway close to many, many places.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates are based on 8 guests. Add $100 per guest over 8 per stay
  • All funds must be received 30 days before arrival. There is a $500. refundable security deposit, returned within 30 days after your visit. Refundable security deposit holds reservation. Cleaning fee is $165 and is non-refundable. Cancellations 30 days before arrival date, get a complete refund, minus $100 cancellation fee. Less than 30 days to arrival cancellations, $500 security deposit and $165.00 cleaning fee will be refunded, but guest will forfeit rental fees paid unless facilities can be rebooked for the same period of time. Cancellation/Refunds:
    For any cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date, all monies will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of $100.00. If you cancel your reservation 30 days or less to your planned arrival date, we will refund the cleaning fee and damage deposit. As a courtesy, if we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as appropriate.

  • Our 2 bathrooms are fully equipped with all essentials: plenty of linens, shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath, body lotion, Q-tips, tissues, first aid kits, hairdryer, curling iron and emergency toiletries.

  • The sleeping quarters include a romantic Master bedroom with queen size bed, reading area and satellite TV with VCR. Our jungle room features a queen size bed and satellite TV. The bunk room features 2 sets of bunk beds that will accommodate up to 4 people. All rooms have alarm clocks. The den can be converted to sleeping quarters with bi-fold doors, a sleeper sofa and a futon sleeper. This room also has satellite TV and a VCR with lots of movies. There is an available portable playpen/crib for infants.

Comfortable and Pleasant Escape

This home had all that we needed (and more) to enjoy our stay. It was very clean and spacious too. Much more fun (and economical) to have the space of a home instead of a hotel room or two. It is so centrally located that we did a wide variety of activities. We had fun at Disneyland (about 10 minutes away), we went to Huntington Beach (took us about 30 minutes due to traffic), we spent a day in San Diego (took us about an hour and a half), and we went to Universal Studios (about an hour away). To explain why we gave the "accuracy of location description" only 3 stars, we were surprised the home was not actually in Anaheim, but in a neighboring city. I guess we should have gotten that from the "Anaheim Area" part of the description. Just don't want other people to be surprised when they get the actual address. It was so close to Anaheim, the address could have easily been Anaheim. Overall, we had a fantastic time and you will too. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. Have a great vacation!

House was an excellent place to vacation, We came from Ohio and met our children and grandchildren there to visit Disneyland.The house was just as described...very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed....beautiful pool and hot tub with lots of room to relax.It was very child friendly with porta cribs and high chairs available.Excellent place to relax after a long day at disney

Lovely Property!

We had a family reunion which included a few days at Disney, this house is in such a great location, just a few blocks drive to Disney which meant it was easy to come and go.

The house was perfect it had everything we needed and the kids LOVED the pool. I loved the fact that although we were close to disney it was so peaceful once we were home! loads of room, clean and extremely well furnished!

Thank you Cassie and Bob for excellent customer service throughout our time working with you.

Would 100% recommend this house to anyone!

If you want to stay in a fine American home without paying so much, this is it!
Swimming pool was fun for kids (and for me, too), fire place was cozy, great wide-screen TV, computer access were just excellent.
Kitchen was clean and useful, bedrooms were comfortable, bunk beds were just perfect for kids.
Huge washing machin, dryer were very useful.
Owner was very nice, and we'd like to come back again.

This was the perfect house for our vacation

Bob and Cassie were wonderful and welcoming. The house was well kept, clean, well maintained. There was a little welcome package, along with a couple of books with maps and another with anything you need to know about the house. Disneyland was our main focus and it was like a 7-10 minute drive, Target was around the corner, several restaurants around the corner, a grocery store was around the other corner. This was a perfect haven, having a den with TV was great for the kids, my son brought along his PS2 and it was great for the kids to have the den. Now for one of the best parts, was the pool and jacuzzi, it was relaxing and fun, we all really enjoyed it. We definitely would love to stay there again for our next trip to Disney. Thank you Bob and Cassie for a truely wonderful stay.
