This beautiful, windswept three bedroom situated on 1+ acre with high elevation provides privacy and glorious views from deck of ocean, lake and Fort Pond. Walking distance to downtown shopping district, 6/10ths of one mile to ocean beach and block away from Montauk Public School's outdoor recreation facilities (fields / basketball court/playground). The open and airy layout provides the perfect setting for entertaining as well as family gatherings around mealtimes. Cable television/VCR and all major appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Beach chairs, umbrellas, barbecue grill and other amenities are provided for your use during your stay. For golf lovers, the Montauk Downs is available for public use.
