Check-in / Check out times:
Check In / Check Out Times: Check in time is no earlier than 3 pm the day of arrival and check out time is no later than 10 am the day you are scheduled to leave. Upon receipt of the deposit a rental confirmation will be e-mailed to you. A signed rental contract and payment in full is required prior to check-in.
Reservations and payment:
Reservation Requirements: A deposit equal to 50% of your rental fee is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits will not be refunded if the reservation is canceled later than 30 days before the date of occupancy. Payment through PayPal is required and payment in full is required within one week prior to check-in. Renters must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by an adult. Damage/Cleaning Deposit may be required for between the ages of 21 and 25.
Directions from 'Down South':
From Minneapolis / St. Paul and Duluth: Take 35-I North to Duluth exiting on Mesaba Avenue/Superior Street exit. Take Mesaba approximately 2 miles/2 lights to Central Entrance at top of hill. Take left on Central Entrance/194 and proceed 1 mi. to Arlington. Turn right on Arlington. Arlington becomes Rice Lake Road which becomes Highway 4. From the Super America at Arlington and Arrowhead, travel 35 miles north on Highway 4. Look for large white sign on the left at mile 36 that reads “Weiberg’s – 9 Miles”. Continue on Highway 4 for 1 mile past the sign and turn right on South Pitt Road. Take South Pitt Road, staying to the left, for 7/10's of a mile to Pine Cone Drive. Go approximately 100 yards on Pine Cone Drive to 2246 Pine Cone Drive (enter driveway just to the right of T-Intersection). Park in driveway, or wherever suits your fancy!

Several championship golf courses are within 40 minutes driving distance of cabin. Golf courses recommended include: The Legends, The Wilderness at Fortune Bay, The Quarry, Giants Ridge and Duluth and Virginia Municipal courses,
