First time rental for 4 adults and 2 children.
* Very reasonable price but 1-1/2 miles from the ocean but not a problem for us.
* Nice size bedrooms, kitchen, LV and DR. Deck was also fine for our needs.
* Had fully stocked kitchen with all plates, glasses, Etc.
* Appliances were new and worked well.
* Built on three floors, the lowest level was much colder than the top level. Could use more ceiling fans to circulate the air.
* Plenty of room for parking.
* GREAT private pool with tables, unbrellas, bathrooms, Etc. Needed for those who do not need the beach every day.
* Close to beach, stores, Etc. but 25-35 minutes away from main boardwalk and you need to pay for parking when at the beach.
* Everything was professionally cleaned when we arrived.
* Would consider renting again.
* Beyond 4 adults, you would need to use sofa bed. Kids twin trundle beds are too small for adults.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Our first time, was the best time!!!!!!

For our first time at a beach house, we had a fabulous time. Our friends and family enjoyed the 4 days and 3 nights that we spent in Bethany. From the moment we stepped foot in the home, we fell in love with the home. We really felt at home. This home was in tip top shape, the decorations in each room was beautiful. The owners of the home welcomed us with open arms and made sure that we felt at home as well as comfortable. Besides that we were close to all the beaches it was very easy to find the beachhouse as well as the stores in the area. We were very pleased with our stay and we look forward to stay at this beach house again in the future. This beach house is a choice for anyone who has children or a group of friends for a week or weekend getaway or hoilday event. WE LOVED IT!!! If you decide to stay at this beach house for a weekend or an entire week,its worth it.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
