The decor is soothing and relaxing in the blue tones with white-washed furniture and hardwood floors. Literally steps from the sand this property is located in the most desirable location on the Balboa Peninsula between the Balboa and Newport piers. Just one house away from the ocean and a short walk across the street to the bay. You can hear the waves crashing on the sand at night. Newport has something for all ages whether you come to relax or take in all the activities it has to offer.

This beach house is just the cutest - blue & white decor
luxury bath towels & plenty of beach equipment on hand.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & parking was not an issue for us. Walking distance to Newport Pier with plenty of restaurants & a small store just around the corner for forgotten items!!
Thank you again for an experience we will look forward to repeating again!!
