Newly renovated!! Our condo is beautifully maintained with a top 4th floor, direct gulf view. (elevator right near) We just upgraded the unit with new kitchen cabinets and counter tops, new appliances, carpet, paint and furniture. We have also replaced the accordion door dividing the master bedroom and living room with a wonderful double french door. It is fresh and lovely, waiting for you to visit. The unit is perfect for couples or small families, with a sofa sleeper in the living room. We furnished it with full kitchen, 2 TVs, DVD player, games, books, movies, travel crib & beach chairs. The most wonderful feature of our condo is the view. We have a direct gulf view, not angled, like many of the 1 bedroom condos at the Sundial. You will truly love swimming in our gulf side pool. It is located just steps from the beach, making the sport of beach watching a lovely pastime while sitting on a lounge chair by the pool.

We loved your unit - light, airy, nice layout, very nicely furnished, great decor, wonderful view, and nice spot in the complex. The kitchen was well appointed which was important to us and isn't always the case in some condos. We would definitely stay in your unit if we were to return to Sundial.

We loved everything - the condo, it just felt so comfortable, the beaches, shells, restaurants were excellent - used your recommendations - loved island cow, bubble room, grama dot's, doc ford's, chee burger chee burger.

Can't say enough about our vacation & the entire rental experience from you. Its the first time we have ever rented a vacation property or been to Florida. Thank you for making it easy & pleasurable.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
