Beautiful home atop hillside overlooking Hermosa Beach. Monte Pariso is a very private, beautiful gated community. The mountain views of the beach, distant volcanoes, and hillsides are awesome. Property is landscaped very nicely with lots of palms, almond trees, papaya trees, hibiscus, and other beautiful flowering bushes. There is an oval shaped infinity pool overlooking the hillside, just outside your door. Downstairs are two master bedrooms and two baths, a full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, most small appliances, and all utensils. Lots of room outside also for dining and entertaining at poolside. Upstairs is setup with full kitchen, living area, sitting area that would sleep one, master bedroom and bath. All bathrooms and flooring are tiled. Home is furnished very nicely with beachy furnishings. The house is air conditioned, gated, security system, fully furnished even with beach towels, coolers, and some beach chairs.

Of course, Hermosa, Ocotal and Coco Beach (shopping) also have plenty of activities for the whole family. Area dining is fantastic with fresh seafood, vegetables, fruits, and, of course, Costa Rican coffee. There are 5 national parks in Guanacaste, each can be visited within a day. Rincon de la Vieja (Offers a rare glimpse of the geological features of an active volcano. Nine craters at summit, 4-5 hour horseback ride or walk); Las Baulas(Largest nesting colony of giant Leatherback Turtles in the Pacific); Arenal (It's active volcano rises 1657 meters & offers a thunderous, red fireworks display especially against the night's sky); Palo Verdi (If birds are your thing, this is the place to go with over 250 species); Santa Rosa (Historic buffs, this is the oldest park and pays homage to 1856 Battle of Santa

On-Site Amenities: The infinity pool is delightful and most of your time will probably be spent outside on the covered patio. The overflowing pool seems to drop off the side of the hill and the views from there are spectacular. There is a hammock for two, lounge chairs, table with umbrella and dining table for 6 outside on the patio. Security system for whole house. No problem during dry season in case water shortage as we have a 2500 gallon holding tank on premises. Cable TV & Internet access. Fantastic views of Pacific and hillside. owner not responsible for accidents.

Beautiful Views: There are several papaya trees and depending when you visit you may possibly have fresh papaya everyday for breakfast. Howler monkeys can sometimes be seen from poolside but always heard. Usually early in the morning or early evenings. Sometimes at night you may be visited by a wondering coatimundi or raccoon. There are also plenty of beautiful and colorful birds.

Upper Level: If there are several couples in your party, it's nice having the privacy in the upper level with kitchen, sitting area, and private bedroom and bath. Also separate sitting area on the balcony. Owner also has a 2 bedroom home in Ocotal Beach. Have the best of both worlds by booking both properties for your stay. Ocotal Beach is only minutes away. Offering good discounts if both properties are booked together.
