This cozy cottage is across the street from the lake and quite adorable. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a garden themed sitting room with futon, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with stone fireplace with pellet stove insert, skylights, a charming screened/windowed sun room, a spacious deck with furniture for entertaining, a canoe for tenants use with signed waiver. Also available for tenants use is a cot, a pack n play, a portable crib, high chair and an assortment of children's toys and games. Our cuddle up cottage is walking distance to the beach and tennis courts. It has a lovely front yard with a swing, bench, and two arbors. It also has a circular driveway for easy in and out. Vacation Rental Amenities Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, electric griddle, espresso/cappuccino maker, blender, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and many extras.

    Holidays are $100.00 extra per night.
  • Arrowhead Lake community requires renters (over the age of 6) to
    purchase amenity badges only during the Summer Season (Memorial Day
    weekend through Labor Day weekend) for use of the pool, beaches and
    lake. Weekly badges are $25.00 per person and Daily badges are $7.50
    per person per day.

    Gate pass must be purchased for $25.00 per vehicle in order to
    access the community.

Here is a list of items I have at the lake for your convenience: Along with everything in the kitchen for dining... there is: some coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, hair dryer, soap, bubble bath, paper towels, tissues, garbage bags,dish towels, napkins, pasta pot, corn pot, grilling utensils, sink sponge and cloths, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, plenty of blankets, pillows, (bring your own sheets and towels), shampoo, espresso machine, ice machine, toaster, griddle,electric fry pan, wine glasses, corkscrew opener, audio & video library. There is a Pack 'n Play, portable crib, and a highchair. We have a picnic basket with dishes and utensils, beach chairs, mats, and umbrella, styrofoam cooler, gas grill and charcoal grill, sand toys, childrens goggles.

Cancellation more than 6 weeks prior to arrival date – full rental deposit returned less a $15.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation between 3 and 6 weeks prior to arrival date – 50% of the rental deposit is returned. Cancellation 3 weeks or less prior to arrival date – 100% of the rental deposit is forfeited.

A quiet getaway

This is our second time back to this lovely, cozy and immaculate cottage. The owners go out of their way to make sure you have a home away from home even providing a bag of snacks. I love the swing in the front yard, the gliders on the porch, the pellet stove for cold nights and the Fall colors were magnificant from the front window. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils if you like to eat in or you can choose among some fine restaurants nearby. Generally you only need to bring your own sheets, towels and food. Everything else is there - soap, tp, paper towels, tissues, etc. We will be back again.

My boyfriend and I went over Columbus Day weekend and we had a great time. The cottage was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay, even a fully equipped kitchen. We are def. planning on going back. It was very relaxing atmosphere and we couldn't ask for a better place. I highly recommend it!

More than the 'bear' necessities

Cuddle Up Cottage is a wonderful little cabin in the woods. The country style decorations give you a flavor of the Poconos. The owner was exceptionally helpful, a real home away from home. Great facilities including the use of the canoe. A deck with morning sunshine to enjoy your first cup of coffee. A central location on the mountain makes it easy access to some great State game lands and parks. HIckory Run was especially beautiful in late spring. My boys had a great day fishing below Francis Walter Dam. 2 bald eagles, an osprey, turkeys and bear, all seen on our visit.
