3 bed 2.5 bath home with heated pool, southwest exposure, boat lift, and dock is on a direct access waterway. High Speed Internet. Just 5 minutes to the gulf! Very nicely decorated, high ceilings, fans, large kitchen fully equipped, south end of the island, walk to beach or bike. The bedrooms have queen in master, queen in guest, bunk & 1 twin in second guest bedroom. Sleeper sofa in the family room.
