The River/Lake is literally a few steps away from your front door, locked behind gated area; so our guests with small children can rest easy while they are not in the water. This newly-built home was designed to withstand, so well-behaved pets are negotiable. Our Lake Haus provides a private plush yard, which is fully fenced for ease in monitoring small children and pre-approved pets.
Special Amenities:
With one bedroom accommodating a queen-size sleigh bed and the larger of the two bedrooms accommodating two Louis Phillipe sleigh beds with respective trundles, this home will comfortably sleep six, but will accommodate as many as eight to nine. Including the living room, each bedroom offers its guest(s) their own high-definition, flat-screen television with cable and remote.
Lake Haus Concierge Service:
For those guests who are arriving late, coming in from a lengthy distance or for those who simply don't want to fight the crowd at the grocery store or elsewhere in New Braunfels, please utilize our concierge service, which will allow you to simply bring your recipe cards nestle in and make yourselves at home! Otherwise, for those guests staying 3 nights or longer, you will enjoy fresh cut flowers, along with the first morning's complimentary breakfast provided by us as our standard Lake Haus welcome package. As our standard treat, we will provide you with none other than pastries from New Braunfels' historic Naegelin's Bakery, which is actually the oldest bakery in Texas and offers German, French and Danish baked goods. We will also provide you with a complimentary one-half gallon all-natural milk from Promised Land Dairy of Floresville, Tex., half dozen free-range eggs and other assorted needs to get you through your first morning's breakfast.
