Free laundry facilities on site. Cottage has Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Bath and 2 Bedrooms with an additional sleeping loft (low ceiling and twin beds) Steps from the beach and boardwalk in one direction and steps to multi-ethnic and seafood restaurants (casual dining), pubs, and shops in the other direction. There are ceiling fans, and cable TV,.Parking for 1 compact car. Easy access to NYC via the Long Island Rail Road (45 minutes) or via car. Cottage is located in Long Beach, Long Island which is a seaside town that offers all you need in a more relaxed and less congested experience than the Hamptons and Montauk.

Concerts all summer on the boardwalk as well as athletic activities including beach volleyball. Bike rental nearby, play ground, fishing piers, movie theatre, and range of ethnic restaurants at all price ranges. Further out on the island are wine tours, outlet shopping, and historical sites.
