Tucked into a small hidden street in San Francisco’s Telegraph Hill neighborhood, this unique residence has been featured in a design magazine for its architectural details. This 1250 square foot, two bedroom, two bath home is a short walk to the cafes and shops of North Beach, Coit Tower, Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, and Lombard Street (where you will find the famed “Crookedest Street”) and is five minutes by car to the Financial District. The home features floor to ceiling windows, high ceilings, antique furnishings, a rare book collection and a baby grand piano. Escape the pace of the city in the large enclosed park in the back. Reminiscent of the private gardens found in London. Step into the private atrium and enjoy coffee or a meal amidst the greenery.

Unique light filled space: The high ceilings and expansive living room, formal dining room, separate family room and kitchen are open and full of light. Other features include hardwood floors (carpet in bedrooms), large built in book-case, large desk with deep drawers (once used for design plans), large fully equipped kitchen, balcony off the master bedroom, washer/dryer in unit, garaged parking for 1 large car, a double sink in the master bedroom, large soaking tub and ample closets (including a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom). Master bedroom has one full size bed. Second bedroom has one twin bed and one crib.

Close to Tourist Attractions: This condo is conveniently located to everything that you would like to see in San Francisco. Pier 39, Fisherman's Wharf, and the newly renovated Ferry Building are blocks away from your home away from home. Coit Tower, Telegraph Hill with the famous parrots are just a hop, skip and a jump away. If you are hungry, there are restaurants, shops and grocery stores just minutes away. Transportation is a couple of blocks away to take you anywhere in the City that you want to go.

Great place to stay in San Fran

We found the apartment to be in an excellent location. It was within walking distance of all the activities. We walked to Fisherman's Wharf each night and walked to North Beach, for dinner a few nights. It was very safe, in a nice quiet street. The place was very clean and had great resources that enabled us to cook several meals. It looks just as pretty in real life as it does in eth pictures. While it had no TV, we never felt like we need one. Our teenage girls found it to be a nice break to get away from the TV. The owner was very gracious and accomodating.
