Walk to the huge pool and whirlpool plus clubhouse next door or up the street to the six Har-Tru, lighted tennis courts or to the 27-hole championship golf course with its gorgeous 18,000 square foot club house, shop, two dining rooms, bar and grill, and locker rooms. Or turn the other way and walk to the River Club on the shore of the Estero River, go canoeing or ride the free shuttle boat to the best of the Gulf of Mexico beaches! You can even launch your own boat! A Chelsea Preferred Tee-Time Reservation System ensures opportunity to play on the Chip Powell and Mike Hill designed course during busy winter months. Championship tees play to a course rating of 73 with a slope of 142. The course has hosted PGA qualifying tournaments and has four sets of tees to allow for challenging yet fair play for all skills.

Notes: Our lovely pool next to our building also has a handicap lift for the wheelchair bound, which makes even the pool accessible to the handicapped. Our kitchen has Corian counters, a garbage disposal, a maple table and 2 chairs, a bar and bar stools. The separate dining room is fitted with an elegant table, linens, silver and china. The walls are hung with original Southwest watercolors, and the blue and white color scheme is conducive to good dining. Light floods into the living room, dining room and kitchen from the three sets of sliding doors opening onto the lanai.

You will enjoy seeing many species of birds, mammals, and fish on you passage to the beach. Enjoy Spring baseball. Boston Red Sox, Minnesota Twins and Tampa Bay Rays parks are only a short drive.

Nature view in a beautiful golf and river club!

A light and airy retreat in the treetops. The lanai overlooks a wooded area leading to the Estero river...birds galore, from an Osprey nest to Bald Eagles. Best of all, since it is an end unit, the lanai is open on two sides. You see the sunset, and then it is shaded for lunch and dinner.
The convenience to the pool and the Riverclub cannot be beat. We kayaked down the Estero River toward the bay with the club kayaks frequently, and were in the midst of Mangroves and beautiful water.
The owners seemed to think of everything that was needed to enjoy this tropical paradise, from plenty of towels to a nice selection of paper products.
But we return to the view--private and natural! Recommended highly.
