We have two homes on this property. Each has three bedrooms. The one-level home in front has one full bath; the two-story house in the back has 1.5 baths. When we have booked the front house, we put your party in the rear house. Both houses are fully furnished, with dishwasher, wireless Internet, and outdoor Weber barbeques. Washer and dryer on the premises. Off-street parking, and no ticket for parking over two hours on our quiet, dead-end street. 2.1 miles to the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz. We provide linens and towels. Kitchen is fully furnished with all dishes and coking utensils. Washer and dryer on premises.One bedroom has a queen, a second a double and the third has two singles, ideal for children. TV and DVD players in many of the bedrooms as well as the living rooms. Library of DVDs and books. Comcast cable and internet connection for your laptop.
