This new Cudjoe Gardens beauty has every upscale amenity for your tropical getaway. Located at the end of a quiet street on the corner of two clear, deep, flow through canals on the Atlantic side of the keys. The Master suite has a king bed and beautiful private bath with an oversize tub. The second bedroom offers two twin beds. Property has ceiling fans throughout. All stainless steel appliances with granite countertops compliment the kitchen. Cable TV, surround sound stereo and DVD make entertainment extremely enjoyable. A wrap-around screened patio at the rear includes a stainless BBQ grill and a relaxing Spa that seats four adults easily. Two central a/c units serve the home with total comfort. Wireless Internet connection if you feel you must keep in touch with the outside world. New seawall/dock with over 150' of mooring Seventeen miles from Key West at mile marker 21. Just minutes from the Atlantic with a marina on the way for all your boating needs. Note: No smoking in house

This rental is in a nice quiet upscale neighborhood. It is close enough to drive into Key West although we preferred to kayak the "skinny waters" of the area mangroves. It was relaxing to sit on the porch and watch the boats go down the canals. We did not have outdoor bugs at the time of year that we rented but since the porch is not screened in, bugs could be a problem in other months. We noticed many of the homes had screened in porches. The owner was gracious and helped us via phone fill up the hot tub and get it operational. This is a perfect set up and we plan to return yearly.
Owner's Response: Thanks so much for the suggestion. Our wrap around patio with hot tub is now screened! We look forward to your return in January.

We stayed a week in March and it was not long enough!
This is the 4th time we have visited the Keys and I have to say this was the BEST.
We stayed more at the house than we did going out. The view was out standing –
House was remarkable. We had not reason to leave. He did enjoy fishing every day.
I hope to come back again next year
And Ron was so helpful in making this one of the best vacations my family has ever taken

What a warm and delightful home. Your layout is outstanding and the decor is truly state of the art.
Where can you go and see sharks feeding, tarpon rolling, turtles swimming and dolphins gliding through the waves in the bay side.Exploring the islands and swimming at Marvin key was spectacular.
We caught a 22lb Wahoo, dolphins and barracuda from 36"to 56".
Our month here has been so relaxing that we forgot what it was like to teach middle school.
We hope to return again next summer. Thanks so much for letting us spend a peaceful vacation is a beautiful setting.
