76 What Cheer Rd This is a newly constructed 2 story Nantucket style colonial home that harbors fully furnished rooms. Bay views and walking distance to Bonnet Beach. Bus is also available from end of the street for transportation to Kelly beach. The home consists of 4 Bedrm and a pull out bed in loft and 3 full baths. This is a great house for entertaining with two family rooms and a very large deck on water side with a beautiful water view. Ample off street parking. Renter needs to supply their own sheets and towels. Ready for summer 'livin.' Crabbing, fishing,boating and swimming 2mins away. sleeps 12
