This charming two story has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with flat screen TV/DVD with premium movie channels & music channels included, well equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer & dryer and a 1-car garage plus 1 parking space. The master bedroom offers a king bed and TV/DVD - HULA bedroom 2 offers 1 twin/full bunk bed & 1 twin bed plus a walk in closet - SURF bedroom 3 (a big room) offers 2 full size beds, 1 queen bed and a TV/DVD. This home offers some partial views of the ocean and the bay. Just steps from the sand this property is located in the most desirable location on the Balboa Peninsula between the Balboa and Newport piers. The ocean is only one house away and the bay (Mother's Beach) is across the street down a short path. You can hear the waves crashing on the sand at night. Newport has something for all ages whether you come to relax or take in all the activities it has to offer.

In the evening, enjoy a crackling fire in the designated fire rings on the beach while roasting your favorite treats and sharing stories. The tennis courts, basketball, kids playground and the bay (Mother's Beach) are just across the street from our family beach home.

Shops, grocery stores, restaurants, fine dining, night life, bike-kayak-boat rentals, harbor cruises, chartered fishing boats, Catalina Island tour boats, the ferry to Balboa Island and the Balboa Fun Zone (one of Califonia's oldest coastal amusement parks) are all within walking distance. Park your car when you arrive and walk to it all during your stay!

We all came down for a family members Birthday Party and needed to accomodate 11. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to sleep all 11 comfortably. Not to mention that the beds were very comfortable.

We Bbq'd on the brand new, very large gas grill and enjoyed the beautiful weather on the spacious patio. We found the kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans and even a few pantry items that we forgot to pack.
There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store down the street.
Everything that you could want to use at the beach was there for our enjoyment...and we did enjoy!
We will definitely be staying at this property again on our next trip to Newport Beach!

Great week at the beach

This is a great place to rent for your beach vacation. It is steps from the beach or bay, tennis courts, playgrounds and a short walk to the fun zone or piers. The house is well maintained and was very clean when we arrived. The owner stocks the home with basics (cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, paper towels, old bikes, boogie boards, etc.) so you'll only need groceries. The only drawback is that there is a fair amount of nighttime and morning noise from neighbors and traffic.

Beach house

This property was perfect for our family with 4 teenagers. Close to the beach, close to both piers, close to the party without always being right in the party. Property was clean and nicely upgraded with TV's and living conveniences. We grabbed a parking spot on 16th so we could use the garage more for after beach storage and for the all the bicycles, even with parking one car on the concrete pad. We jogged everey morning on the boardwalk, which is so close but not where you have to see everyone else jogging and biking all the time.

Great family beach house

We spent a week at the house and found it clean, comfortable and quiet. We had ample space for our family. We were close to the beach with all the needed items provided. It was nice to have beach toys, umbrellas, chairs etc. We were within walking distance to shops and eating places. It was a short drive to Disneyland/Orange County attractions. Close to all major highways. No complaints!
