Refund and Policies:
What is your cancellation policy?
a. Refunds are given in full if a cancellation is made within three days after booking.
b. Refunds are also given for cancellations up to 3 months prior to your arrival date, minus 35%.
c. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will not warrant a refund, but payments can be applied to future rentals in full if new reservations are made within one month from the day of the cancellation.
d. After one month from the date of cancellation, payments minus 35% may be applied to future rentals.
e. Funds must be used within one year from the date of cancellation.
g. Refunds are not given for maintenance or repair problems that may occur during your stay. Refunds are also not given for problems that are beyond our control, i.e. weather, fire etc.
h. Discounts are not in effect on fees when credits are used.
Please no parties without permission. Neighbors are only too happy to report parties
Deposits and Payments:
1. A refundable security and dame deposit may be required.
2. Out of country - refundable deposits required.
3. Will confirm rental upon receipt of payment in full.
4. All guests are responsible for the replacement of broken or missing items. Guests will be billed for any damages occurring during their stay.
5. Reservations will not be held without payment in full!
6. All fees paid through PayPal.
7. Daily rates start at $189/night for 2 guests. Add $25/night for additional guests.
Make the A-List:
Become a member of the A-List.
Here's how:
1. Leave the place in order, no broken or
missing property.
2. Observe the no smoking policy, please! The
patio & porches may be used for smoking.
3. Report and pay for all additional guest(s)
as required.
4. Must have stayed for at least two visits
or stayed at least one visit and made a
potential A-List member guest referral.
5. Check out on time.
Other Activities:
Museums, Peabody Entertainment Center. Fed-Ex Forum
