Enjoy this beautiful new construction (built 2003) cedar shingled colonial home in the Southampton - Water Mill area for your family or group. Our home is available for weekly, midweek, and monthly rental for your Summer Vacation, Corporate Event, or Family Reunion. Our home is located on 1+ private acre just outside the village of Southampton, Water Mill, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor. The house spans 3500+ square feet and has 6 bedrooms and 5 baths that can comfortably sleep 12 people. There is a bright and inviting living room with two glass sliding doors overlooking pool area, formal dining room, open chef’s kitchen and spacious bedrooms making this house the perfect Hamptons retreat. Outside there is a new 1,100 sqft cedar deck, large stone patio overlooking a 20' x 40' pool, outdoor fireplace, stacked stone with landscaping and plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining. The house is located in close proximity to several area beaches, restaurants and the Peconic Marina.

  • Weekly in-Season from $5k to $10k, Of-Season from $3k to $5k. Monthly from $6k to $45k.
  • Rentals include all services, utilities* and linens. A cleaning fee of $250 is not included in the Rental Fee. A $1000 refundable security deposit is due 1 week prior to check-in. A non-refundable 50% deposit of the Rental Fee is due upon booking the property, the balance is due 30-days prior to occupancy. *Propane for pool heater is additional and not included in fee and utilities are not included for seasonal rentals.
  • All 2009 Summer rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking the property, the rental fee balance is due 30-days prior to rental along with a $1000 security deposit.

Beach Details: Beach Passes are for the Hampton's villages are attached to your vehicle. Non-resident beach passes are available for purchase at the entrance to most of the major ocean and bay beaches. Weekday pass is $15 per day per car, Weekend pass is $30 per day per car. The house is a short 5-6 mile drive to Long Beach in Sag Harbor and 7-8 miles to several Bridgehampton ocean beaches.

Golf: Long Island national is public regional course.
