Enjoy a vacation at this wonderful upgraded paradise home situated in the beautiful community of San Miguel in North Las Vegas. Gorgeous surroundings with mountain views located next to fine dining, shopping, golf, movies and casinos such a Fiesta Rancho and Texas Station as well as many other amenities. Set at the junction of Rancho and West Alexander, we are only 10 mins from downtown and 15 mins from the Strip. Home comes with a massive open plan dining and family area as well as a fully equipped kitchen with large breakfast area. The master bedroom has a walk in closet with en suite spa and shower as well as access to pool via patio doors. In house amenities include cable TV, DVD, wireless Internet, phone/fax, CD and mp3 player with IPOD docking, washer/dryer, fireplace vaulted ceilings and queen beds throughout. Relax in the peace and privacy of a huge garden (over 1/3 acre) with large pool and beautiful fruit tree landscaping and outdoor eating area. A true paradise in the desert

Our location is in NW Las Vegas and situated in a beautiful secluded locale but is also very close to many amenities for example we are only a 10 min walk from large outlet area with many restaurants and a wide range of shopping facilities and easy access to main highways. Situated 5 mins from large resorts LIike The Texas Station and Fiesta Rancho where entertainment is their speciality. Close to Golfing and very easy and quick to hit main freeway to the action when you feel like a visit to Downtown or the Strip.

Community: This property is situated in a beautiful gated community with mountain views, garden areas contains peach and lemon trees with palm surroundings. Totally tranquil with no traffic noise whatsoever. Pool has lovely night bulb installed and tiki torch surrounded barbecue area which creates a very classy surrounding at night for entertaining guests or just chilling out in the warm Vegas nights. Lots of grass and well planned landscape creates a very tropical feel that you will find very special. Pool floats are available on request. COMPLETELY WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE

RV Parking: If sailing is your pastime or off road driving RV parking is available ...there is room to park 5 cars. If you also require to deal with business at any point during your stay, we have full office facilities at your disposal with hi speed Internet and cable.

Entertainment: In house amenities in include cable TV in family room and 3 bedrooms 42' hi definition TV with surround sound CD/DVD player and IPOD docking station to hear your tunes in HI FI quality. Telephones also available in all rooms and well Vegas ain't short of entertainment too!!... you name it and you can be there in minutes. You will be only 2 mins from main roads to downtown and strip which make it very easy to access (10 mins to downtown 15 mins to strip)

Good location, offers a lot of privacy, quiet , safe , easy accessible , only 10-12 minute drive from the Strip. Recommend for families with children of all ages since it is close to all Las Vegas and surrounding area attractions. A third bathroom would make this vacation home even more attractive. We will consider this property in our future vacation plans.

Wonderful house, very well maintained, owner was very helpful as it was our first time in Vegas, would recommend this property to anyone, in fact I already have, hope to go back again next year

Not very clean or well equiped

This home is not being well maintained by the property manager. It is in need of a good cleaning including carpets. There also was inadequate kitchen supplies and bedding available. The home definately was not as promised.

Well this villa was perfect. Very simply arranged with owner. Lovely rooms and location was fine. Just 10/15mins to the 'strip' for all the non-stop action but far enough away for that peace and quiet along with privacy of rural life. Would recommend to anyone.... will very much likely be back staying there next visit we have planned.
