Truly yours to enjoy, this 5 bedroom, 3 full bath, 2300+ sq ft home has lots to keep you, family or co-workers entertained! Enjoy this large 10,000 sq ft yard, with a 7 man Jacuzzi to cool you off after playing a game of billiards in the game room, horseshoes or darts! You can BBQ your favorite steak in the patio while watching the kids swing in their private sand box and then retreat to your master bedroom, enjoying your King-sized bed and large TV. Throughout the house is quality and elegant furniture. You can relax in the living room and watch a DVD on the big screen TV or let the kids have an Xbox tournament on the big screen. Bring your favorite Xbox games. Need to use the Internet; you have a dedicated computer at your disposal and Wi Fi throughout the entire house. We Love this home and we are pleasant people to work with!

    Payment: 50% at time of booking, balance due 30 days before arrival.

    Check In/out: Check in by 4 PM. Check out by 11 AM.

    Cleaning provided once per week when rented by the week or more for additional charges.

    Deposits will be refunded within 14 days after checkout.

    Cancellation: refund less 20% before 40 days; less 50% between 39 & 31 days; no refund within 30 days.
