Beautifully appointed, large, spacious and extremely comfortable luxury villa on the Formosa Gardens sub-division. Formosa Gardens is about as close to Disney as you can get (it takes around 15 minutes to drive there) and is known as the most desirable of all the Kissimmee sub-divisions. The houses are all very large, high-spec and sit on large plots - there is no sense of the crowding that you find elsewhere - this is one of the finest houses in Formosa. Our villa has a vast open plan living area with high ceilings and beautiful tiled floors to create a cool and spacious retreat - the patio doors open out onto a large pool area with a great pool, a separate Mickey Mouse shaped children's pool and a large hot tub, with separate heating - the joy is that you can come home from the parks at lunch time, relax in the hot-tub and then head back in when the crowds ease off and when you have cooled down a little! The kids have a separate games room with pool, darts, Foosball, TV & Nintendo.

Formosa Gardens is on Disney's doorstep, but we're also very close to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea world, Wet'n'Wild and all the other Orlando attractions. But if you get theme-parked-out don't worry there are great golf courses only 15 minutes away, some amazing shopping malls (Florida Mall and outlet centers) It's also not too far to drive to the beach (east or west) Daytona Beach is not a long drive and neither is Cape Canaveral - all make great day trip destinations

The kids rooms are all decked out in Disney themes and have great Mickey Shaped TVs for the kids to use. We have a properly sprung double sofa bed in the lounge that can be used for guests 15/16 at a push - it's very comfortable! We provide travel cots/cribs which are stored in the Games Room with the high-chairs, we have two of each to save you carrying them with you!
