Great condo fully furnished with washer & dryer, full kitchen, 3 miles from Las Vegas Strip and 4 miles from airport. Faces pool and fitness center. Complex is gated and has 6 pools and tennis courts. Cable TV and high speed Internet. Minutes from casinos and restaurants. Located on first floor with parking directly next to unit. The Spanish Trails gated development is a community of million dollar homes is across the street from the condos. The Orleans, Rio and Palm Casinos are close by. The Las Vegas Strip is only 3 miles away. The condo faces the complex main pool and fitness center. Snow Birds Welcomed!

We enjoyed our stay very much. the house was clean and Mr. Orantes was very helpful with anything we needed. It was so convienent to everything needed and we stayed 2 months. I would rent there again and highly recommend it. We had everything we needed in the condo.

So far my wife and I have stayed at this condo twice. The condo is always clean clean, quiet, and safe. We are planning to continue this direction. Our deposit was refunded promptly.

was easy to contact owner. condo was as described, and was reasonablty clean, quiet, and safe. We requested a 2nd set of keys,and the owner and condo people took care of the request at once. Our deposit was refunded promptly. we would lease again. jerry m.
