Newly renovated 2 level waterfront villa with furnished terracotta patio overlooking the water. Villa dock can accommodate up to a 30’ boat. Fully furnished. Living room and dining area with waterfront view and sliding glass doors to patio. Master bedroom with queen size bed, cathedral ceiling and balcony overlooking water. Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, cable TV, DVD player, stereo, TV in master bedroom, telephone (local numbers only). 1.5 bathrooms. Villa is located in Jolly Harbour, a self contained village located 15 miles from the international airport. Enjoy a bit of paradise.: You can sit on the villa patio overlooking the water and enjoy a beautiful sunset while sipping your favorite drink. Enjoy watching the beautiful birds and humming birds that are resident in the area. Do you enjoy fishing? Put a piece of squid on a hook and fish right off the patio or the dock at the villa to catch snappers, blow fish, small barracuda, and more. Relax on the patio and read a book.

Do you like beautiful beaches and aqua-blue water?: Go to the beautiful secluded beach within walking distance of our villa (left as you exit the villa) and enjoy a swim in the beautiful aqua-blue waters, walk the beach, pick shells on the beach, sun bath, read a book under a palm tree or enjoy the view of the sail boats anchored in the harbor. The Caribbean water is calm and just the right temperature. If you prefer more excitement, go the the beach by the south finger. You can eat lunch or dinner at the beach restaurant which has great seafood usually caught that day. You can order your favorite cold drink and enjoy the view of the water while you sip it. Do you enjoy water sports? You can rent jet skis (great fun), a sunfish sail boat, catamaran, kayak, para-sail, take a ride on a blow up tube, go for a speed boat ride, wind surf and more. Take a boat from the same beach to snorkel or scuba at a beautiful coral reef and see spectacular sea creatures and coral.

Like to explore?: Take a ride to beautiful English Harbor and see Shirley Heights and Nelsons dock yard. The view is fabulous from Shirley Heights. Enjoy the steel band and BBQ at Shirley Heights while you enjoy the view of the harbor far below. Go to St. John. See the local market, see the cruise ships that come in, dine at your choice of many great restaurants, shop, and take in the many sights in St John. If you want to see some near by islands, you can get a boat to Barbuda, Montserrat and other near by islands. If you enjoy snorkeling, take a 45 minute ride to Long Bay. Put on your snorkel and walk right off the beach to enjoy the beautiful coral reefs there. On the way back, don't miss seeing the natural wonder Devil's Bridge near by.

Golf: Play golf at the beautiful 18 hole golf course located at Jolly Harbour.

Our stay in Jolly Harbour

My husband and I enjoy a wonderful week at this villa in Jolly Harbour. We have visited many Islands and private condos and this villa was beautiful. The accomodations far surpassed our expectations. It was well equipped with many extras. We enjoyed the extra TV and VCR in the master bedroom, the surrond sound in the living room, and a beautiful porch and plenty of furniture with a very nice view of the harbour.

We had planned on renting a car but were a bit concerned with driving on the left and the steering wheel on the right so went with the golf cart on JH. It worked out just fine because JH had a nice beach and enough places to eat without leaving. We did enjoy the kitchen because JH has a good grocery store as well. We would like to return and plan on recommending this villa to friends.

Beautiful south facing waterfront villa!

This villa was an amazing find for the price. It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook. My favourite part was the deck. It is south facing directly on the water and makes for the most amazing breakfast spot. (We did this every morning) The two bedrooms were a very good size with plenty of closet space and a set of dresser drawers. Each bedroom and living room has very cold air conditioners which were needed when we were there in August. Jolly Harbour is a great development that has everything you need. The best grocery store on the island with just about the same prices as everywhere else. (we compared) The best beach we found was South Beach. It is about a 12 minute drive from the villa in jolly harbour. If you dive go to Jolly dive they are located there too. The owner was great and provided a full information sheet that had all the info we needed. The only ONE thing you MUST have is a vehicle. If you plan on exploring the island and you feel comfortable driving on the left side of the road it is so worth it. If you plan on mostly staying at the villa and Jolly Harbour you MUST MUST get a golf cart. The villa is about 2 miles from the entry and shops of Jolly Harbour and it is about 3 miles from the main beautiful beach. I would recommend this villa to friends and family and would come back and stay again.

Antigua: First time and definitely not our last.

My wife and I went to Antigua for our first time and we had a blast.
The villa was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The property was well landscaped and clean. We rented a golf cart that was fun and made it easy to get around the resort. Restaurants all made delicious food and the ocean water in Antigua is gorgeous. Visit the beach just to the right of the villa (walking distance from the villa) for a nice stroll and millions of beautiful shells.
The owner was extremely friendly, honest, and easy to talk with and he provided excellent customer service. Prior to our trip, the owner e-mailed us a list of restaurants, amenities, and much more regarding the island which was so helpful.
Overall, our trip to Antigua was wonderful and very relaxing. I would recommend this villa/vacation spot to a friend without hesitation.

Antigua-Great Honeymoon Get-A-Way

My Wife and I decided to take our honeymoon over the Christmas holidays in Antigua. The Villa that we rented was just as the owner described.
The gated community had every amenity that you could ask for. They have various adventures available, such as the Guided Island Safari, and Deep Sea Fishing, there is something for everyone in this community. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach all day, Castaways is the perfect beach restaurant, and cold drinks were just a few feet away. The Villa was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the Island. We spent most of our time on the back porch over looking the marina. We even bought a fishing pole and did a little fishing off of the dock. There is a beach close to the Villa; it is a great place to find sea shells.
We enjoyed the local food and restaurants, as our favorite was Peters.
The staff was friendly and attentive. The local grocery store had a wide selection to suit everyone's needs; we even prepared some of our own meals in the well equipped kitchen at the Villa. Everyone we met at Jolly Harbor was friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a peaceful vacation and a great place to stay, I recommend Jolly Harbor and this Villa.
