  • Book now and receive a free gas card.
    Reservation/Security Deposit: A deposit of $500 is due at the time you make your Reservation. Provided no charges have been incurred for excess cleaning or property damage. The security deposits will be returned in full approximately one to two weeks after your departure.
    Payment is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. Payment is accepted by check, money order or major credit card. Arizona sales tax is included in the rate.
  • Peak Season (Dec, Jan, Feb, March): $2695/month, call or email for alternative lengths of stay.
    Mid Season (Apr, Oct, Nov): $2495/month, call or email for alternative lengths of stay.
    Value Season (May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep): $1900/month, call or email for alternative lengths of stay.

    The property is professionally cleaned before and after your arrival. A non-refundable cleaning deposit of $150 is required for all rentals. Additional housekeeping/cleaning is available at the rate of $125 per day and must be requested at the time of booking.
    If you cancel fewer than 60 days before your arrival date, no monies will be refunded unless a replacement booking is obtained. No refunds for delayed arrivals or early departures.
    Check in/arrival time starts at 4pm on the first day of your stay.
    Check out/departure time is 11am on the last day of your stay.
    Pet Policy: No pets allowed in the unit.

What a lovely home to relax in and enjoy the beauty of Scottsdale. All you need to bring is your toothbrush as everything else was provided and it was spotlessly clean. The location was great, very close to the 101 highway. Anna was very professional, prompt in her emails and easy to work with.
