Walking distance to hotels, casinos, restaurants, parks, churches, bars, live music venues, boutiques, plazas and many other amenities along Ashford Avenue. There are also many conveniences nearby, including 24-hour deli, 24-hour pharmacy, full hospital and supermarket, all within walking distance. Within a short drive or bus ride there is Old San Juan, the beautiful colonial city. Also within short drives are the wonderful art museum, the Farmer's Market with its Concert Plaza, the Coliseum for major concerts and events, the new Convention Center and Plaza Las Americas (a no-tax shopping mall). Other attractions of the northern part of Puerto Rico are the Yunque Rain Forest, the Phosphorescent Bay, the Camuy Caves, the Tubes Surfing Beaches, all within one-hour scenic drives.

Comments from our guest to Ocean View Apartment: Kyle from Cleveland My wife and I just finished a week long stay here for our anniversary. The condo was excellent as the room was cleaner and had more to offer than most hotel rooms that were Twice the price! We felt extremely safe and secure with guards both at the street AND at the building entrance. Everything we needed was close by, from bars and restaurants to boutique stores and pharmacies. If you like Mexican food - be sure to check out Picantito's on the floor level of the building. If you want a Clean place to stay, with a full kitchen, living room, air conditioning, ocean view, right On The Beach, I definitely recommend that you stay here.

Vic from Tampa: Vic from Tampa Can't imagine a more perfect spot in Condado for one or two people. Breathtaking direct view of the Atlantic surf and miles of beach, very comfortable bed, full kitchen, everything new. Secure building with parking included. Olympic-size pool never had more than 3 other people in it. Close to good restaurant

I stayed in the apt the week of Jan 13, 2009, and had an excellent time. The owner met me when I arrived from the airport, which was a nice gesture, but before my trip she had sent me a detailed email with places to go, things to do, and what I should bring with me. The condo complex has a very nice pool, and is right on the beach, which was one of the nicest beaches I had ever seen in San Juan. The area where the condo is was very convenient with a lot of places to eat, shop, and visit. I will go back on my next trip to San Juan.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Wonderful Place!

This property is just incredible, and it exceeded expectations.

The descriptions & photos are absolutely accurate. The apartment is just as described, and the ocean view (and sound!) is wonderful. I loved the fact that the building is gated and staffed by two guards 24/7. The property owner is reliable, accessible, and provided everything we could need.

The condo is obviously well-maintained and has been recently renovated. The building itself is in a safe part of town and is within walking distance to everything including: Walgreens, banks, markets, restaurants, shopping, the beach. Bus service and taxis are very simple to navigate and are close by.

Some items of note: the pool was closed for part of our stay, the laundry room didn't work, and there was a little construction going on down the street (but nothing that disturbed us!).

I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone I know going to San Juan. I do hope to return to the city someday and I would absolutely stay here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful Honeymoon!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here for our honeymoon. It was so convenient to everything, and whatever wasn't close was a short bus ride away. The room was beautiful and had a view to die for! The ocean is right outside of the window. We fell asleep to the sound of the crashing waves each night. Luz was such a great help! She was great every step of the way, and we will definitely be coming back for our next vacation to San Juan :)
