Adorable, comfortable and reasonably priced, makes this 2nd generation owned duplex cottage at Old Colony Beach a great rental deal! It's located in a gated private summer community with beautiful water views and a clean sandy beach. This duplex cottage has two units for rent, each has two bedrooms that sleep 4 and a sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps 2, a kitchen, living room, and an enclosed front porch. A backyard equipt with a picnic table, gas grill, and off street parking for 3 cars completes your vacation space. Walking, roller-blading, and bicycling, vacationers find ice cream, lemon ice, snacks, coffee, and newspapers all within a short walk from the cottage. Old Colony offers activities for all ages. For children, a wkly movie on the beach, a summer sand castle contest, and bingo for adults and children. For those looking for a little more excitement, a short walk to the beach next door offers two waterfront bars that have live music. Come, and enjoy the sun!
