You can conveniently pay us using PayPal.

Totally Convenient: The condo is located 1 mile from Champions Gate where there is a brand new McDonald's, a fantastic Chinese restaurant, Publix Grocery, video rental, as well as a convenience store/gas station, plus we are only 1/4 mile from a CVS Pharmacy. If you like to golf Champions Gate is one of the premier courses, yet their rates are very reasonable. For Theme Parks you are only 3 miles from the Magic Kingdom Main gate and 2.5 Miles to Animal Kingdom. 30 minutes to Universal

Tranquility: Davenport allows you to experience the theme park action, yet you feel like you are in the country with the peaceful surroundings. The pool is fabulous and is rarely busy. If you like to work out the fitness center has some of the most advanced equipment available. This is all included in the rental rate. The condo is only 15 minutes from the Airport you do not have to take I-4 so traffic congestion is never a problem. Let me know if you need any more information please.

A Home away from home

My family and I stayed at this vacation home for three days. It was more than we expected. We were totally satisfied. It catered for all our needs. The place was clean, quiet and very comfortable. It's located near to a major highway that goes to all the theme parks. Convenient stores and a supermarket are also close. We will always consider using this property when we vacation in orlando. We really loved our stay.

My home away from home!

My husband and I stayed in this unit with our three children on our recent trip to DisneyWorld. We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was very clean, spacious, and above all well equipt with all the neccessities. My Husband loved the internet connection capability, my children loved the gaming system and I loved the washer/dryer...no need to wash when I got back home! The theme parks were very easy to access, about 10 min away. We will never stay at a hotel again. Scott was great to work with. We felt comfortable calling him if we had any questions and he was prompt at calling back. We have and will recommend this unit to others. I encourage you to try it out!

Perfect for Quiet Disney Getaway

We are extremely pleased with our stay at this condo. The area was quiet, easy to find, and close to Disney. The bedroom and closets were big and everything was very clean. The owner was easy to work with and can't beat the price. We would rent again!

Great quality and value

I recently spent a week at this condo with my daughter and grandson. It is extremely clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped- I loved the kitchen, my daughter loved the free wireless internet and my grandson relaxed with PS2 after busy days at the theme parks. The dual master suites are well separated for privacy and the neighbours were quiet but friendly. All amenities (ie community pool )are also very clean and as described. Disney and Seaworld were easily accessed and there are lots of alternate routes if its a busy time on I- 4.
The Publix centre two blocks away was very convenient. Subway and Pizza Hut were also handy and we discovered a great Chili's restaurant 1 mile away- just outside Champion's gate. I'll never stay in a hotel again!
